Bielecky Brothers

For over a century, Bielecky Brothers has been producing handmade rattan, wicker, and cane furnishings out of their family-owned factory in Queens, New York. In 1903, Andrew and Conrad Bielecky emigrated from Poland to New York, and set up shop weaving wicker chairs. Despite two wars and the fluctuating popularity of wicker furniture, the company survived by adhering to its high standards of quality. The custom-made pieces found fans in the likes of the Kennedys, Luciano Pavarotti, and the Rockefellers, and is considered today the leader in natural furnishings. Whether it’s a cane wrapped armoire or bookcase, wicker lounge chairs, or rattan dining chairs, each Bielecky Brothers piece wears like iron and is considered a true heirloom. The versatility of these woven wonders also contributes to their success, as pieces like coffee tables, accent chairs, and modern sofas look just as perfect poolside as they do in a formal living room. No matter the style or space, a Bielecky Brothers piece adds instant warmth and timeless appeal.
