Fine Art Lamps

Fine Art Lamps commits to creating visionary lighting solutions that stand apart from their peers. Founded in 1940 by Max Blumberg, the Miami-based company quickly got to work assembling a group of the area’s most talented artisans, sculptors, designers and craftsmen to work their magic. Their goal from the start was to produce unique, distinctive pieces that were as stylistically appealing as they were functional. Along with his son, Jack, Max devised a range that earned accolades for its generous use of beautiful materials, such as hand-blown glass. Jack’s son, also named Max, took the reins in 1965 to follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather before him. Throughout this period, Fine Art Lamps has established itself as a purveyor of fine lighting products, including wall sconces, chandeliers, table lamps, ceiling lights and outdoor lanterns. Each piece is exquisitely designed with careful attention to detail and using only the highest quality, dependable materials, and the inspirations are vast. Some tap into Classical Greek architectural styles, while others incorporate fine silk to create an elegant, Persian-inspired design. These investment lights stand the test of time and serve as a testament to the Blumberg family’s enduring commitment to their brand. In 2018, the chairman retired and sold his company to Rene Quintana and Laura Goldblum, who are committed to continuing in the same spirit as the previous owners and increasing the brand’s footprint in commercial properties around the world.
