With the warmer weather approaching, our thoughts turn to outdoor spaces. Whether it is a porch, patio, deck, balcony, or a lovely spot in the garden, it can be turned into a chic and inviting spot. Think of your outdoor space in terms of a living room, a dining room, and a place to nap.

First, let’s talk about seating. We love DESIGNLUSH’s Ying Yang Series sectional with ottoman designed by Kenneth Cobonpue:

In addition to its striking design, it’s covered in Sunbrella fabric. Spacious enough to hold your guests, it can also serve as a place to stretch out and enjoy an afternoon nap. Included are these wonderful ottomans to put your feet up, provide additional seating, or become a coffee table when topped with a decorative tray, such as this antique Indian wooden service tray curated by Allan Knight:

Perhaps you are looking for seating in your garden. Imagine how delightful these vintage iron garden chairs of woven iron in a rust finish would look among the hydrangeas and roses:

Designed in the style of Mario Papperzini for John Salterini, they create an enchanting vignette when teamed with these Egyptian copper outdoor tables from the Apsara design house:

Need poolside seating? We love the look of the Camano yachting lounge chairs by David Sutherland. They’re perfect for sitting back…relaxing…and dreaming of faraway places.

Speaking of dreaming, could anything be more delicious than a poolside bed? Look no further than the Royal Daybed by Century Furniture. We also like this on the patio, deck, or even beneath a canopy of trees:

Your outdoor “dining room” can be as stylish as your indoor one. We love the whimsical look and weathered wood finish of the Surrey dining table and side chairs by Janis Et Cie. (This set would look wonderful in your kitchen nook as well.)

Need a table for a larger crowd? We like the Amalfi dining table by Janis Et Cie. With its black iron frame and frosted glass top, it can be used for dining or as a buffet table:

When evening falls, you will be delighted when dining beneath these outdoor lanterns by Paul Ferrante:

If you need something for your balcony, may we suggest the Laszlo lounge chairs and custom Koko cocktail table set by Janus Et Cie? Enjoy cocktails for two and watch the sun set:

There are many ways to show off your style and enjoy your outdoor spaces. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. Oh yes, don’t forget to smell the roses.
